"With the great rate of sterling on the euro when based ouselves at Alices Loft & Cottages for the weekend and headed to Belfast for the Christmas shopping.It was only 1 hr 15 mins up the M1 and we got some great bargins.On sunday we went over to Sainsburys in Newry for our grocery shopping and what a difference ,will make same trip very
soon. We had a lovely Italian meal in Castleblayney on the Friday night and really enjoyed our weekend."

The estate agency found Alice's Loft & Cottages for us and immediately we fell in love with the place. I used all upstairs for my work and the beautiful scenery inspired many landscape paintings( Of which Declan bought 4).We have just bought our new home in May 2008 but Monaghan will always be remembered."
